It's...I dunno. I have a feeling they're setting up to screw with the genre, but I'm not sure. It's more deliberately creepy, I think, as opposed to the creepiness of Maico 2010. The pandering bits are relatively minimal, and genuinely upsetting.

I'm tempted to find a synopsis of the series somewhere to find out if I'm wasting my money.
