I can't recommend these personally, since I haven't read them, but here's a quick-n-dirty list from World Cat:

Nope, just personal curiosity. Poor Caroline sank in...the Eighties, I think.

I don't know if I got to hear her or not -- I wouldn't have known what it was at the time. I remember Capitol Radio.
