I laughed so hard, I can't even tell you. This was ridiculous and awesome and amazing. The poking stick! The children are fully trained! Mummy bought him a book! John can't believe he said that with his outside of the head voice! Mycroft and the 456! Sherlock putting the baby in the fridge! I can't even! A+++++ would read this again!
