muhuhuhuhuhuh...

"So in the paper this morning that Lord of the Rings thing is getting fantastic reviews."

"Mnh?" Keep cool keep cool.

"I think I might like to go and see that."

YES! Once again her latent fangirl tendencies emerge. "All righty. We can do that."

YOU? A fangirl? I am simply shocked. And stunned. Next thing you know, I'll be discovering my latent fangirl tendencies... oh wait, never mind. :)

Hee. It's okay to be a fangirl.

...as long as you don't mix with fanboys. Baaad things happen when they get together.

ThatÂ’s so cool your mom wants to go ^^ . My mother would have to be dragged kicking and screaming to a film like that (or bribed). However in my house dad picks up the fantasy / sf movie slack ^^.

She's a total fannish closet case, and she's sneaky. She used to protest vociferously if MST3K was on and say she was leaving the room...which she would, as soon as the episode was over. Then I caught her watching it alone and cackling insanely. She totally dug Millennium and American Gothic, but since they tended to scare the crap out of her and she didn't want to watch them alone, she'd venture that "That one weird show you like is on if you want to watch it. I can read the paper." Then never open the paper. Hell, she even likes anime. It's...it's damn freakish, is what it is.
