I fucked up and ordered two copies of a print. I immediately messaged and asked them to fix it. They said they can't change an order once it's made, only cancel it and refund my money "in a few days." That was nine days ago. I wrote them again today asking what's up. Apparently it takes them five to ten "working days" to process a refund. Which makes no sense on internet world. So I'm stll waiting. If they'd fixed the order or made the refund immediately, I could have re-ordered the print I wanted and we would all be happy. Instead I don't get the print and I'm out $30 for two weeks.
Yeah, I'm not impressed at all. The evil empire at Amazon has never taken more than a day to issue a refund for an undelivered package -- and those at least were actually sent.
I can start a thing with Paypal but they say it can take up to 20 days and you should try to work it out with the seller first, so WTF?
