Bilbo puts on the ring and becomes invisible. Frodo puts on the ring and becomes invisible. Sauron wore the ring and everybody could see him. How come?

If Golem wore the ring would he be invisible?

Sauron can do whatever her friggin' wants with the ring because he made the thing and knows how to use its power. I can't remember if Gollum turns invisible or not before he goes underground, but he does immediately turn homicidal, which is almost as good.

No Golem in the trilogy. There's an elephant, if that helps.

I think I read in the Hobbit that Golum used the ring to either kill people to eat or steal food from the Orcs or goblins or whatever

oh, and something useful I forgot to add in that comment, Golum turned invisible with the ring to kill small people for food and to steal food from the orcs or goblins >_
