Dear unsatisfied AOL user.

We provide a service to millions of people worldwide. A service that was clearly designed to mee the needs of twenty people overall.

Something which causes a minimum of one breakdown a night - usually right when you're in the middle of doing something so vitally important that if it does not get done, you lose your job.

We may break down, but we cleary do NOT suck.
