Dear Television Reporters:

Go inside, you idiots.

Your pal,

Oh but they're so brave and dedicated. Because if they weren't out there, we wouldn't get that it's windy, see.

I know! I was watching the news this morning while getting ready for work, and I couldn't believe it. What a bunch of idiots.

Aw, c'mon. I want to see one of those fools taken out by flying debris. Hell, I'm still waiting for one to be blown horizontal while clinging to a lightpost like in one of the old Laurel & Hardy movies.

Yeah, I'm an evil bitch.

Last year one DID get taken out by debris but kept oMG reporting while people looked at her bruised and battered stomach in the shelter.

I'm just glad for the plaintive and ominous music the Weather Channel plays with its updates, because otherwise I would never know that this is bad.

I wonder if the person who chose the plaintive and ominous music actually feels bad. They should.

The B and I caustically noted sometime last night that CNN's Theme o'Doom was recycled from the Scott Peterson trial.

Figures. Bah.

This is what my husband and I spent the morning saying! Hee!

But if they didn't they'd have to report on real stories

Now that it's taken a right turn from the Big Easy all the reporters have decided they couldn't give a tinker's cuss. I'm hoping for a piece of flying debris to cull the reporter herd.
