Me: "Hi. Do you have glasier's points?"
Clerk 1: "Yeah. We have glazer points."
Clerk 2: "Glaze points? They're over there."

Hooray! There is a hardware store next to the comics store. I can get picture glass cut at lunch.

Okay, well, it's interesting to me.

Bought two or three Infinite Crisessses that I missed due to all the death and relations, since I could use something stupid and off-pissing. Also some JLUs, including The Goddamn SPACE CABBY! Hooray!

Steel, sharpish, arrow-shaped things. You use them in picture framing, to hold the glass and/or the backing 'n stuff into the frame. A dollar package of glasier's points can save you $20+ in custom framer's fees.

Downside: You stick 'em in with a wide screwdriver or putty knife, and I've heard that some people have been known to accidentally stab themselves in the palm of the hand when they don't hold the screwdriver and the point correctly, and the screwdriver slips. And it hurts like a bitch. That's what I hear.

Oooh, nifty keen! I keep wanting to learn to do this, but I've not, y'know, learned anything yet.

And OUCH. Those hypothetical people out there sound like they could use a hug.
