We've only watched S1, so I can't do it properly, but I think there's a lovely little set to be written exploring the variation in the ways in which they all have extraordinarily bad judgment:

Tosh rarely exhibits judgment this bad.

Gwen's judgment is worse than usual.

Ianto's had yet another terrible idea.
