This one's just a regular moleskine with blank pages. If you paste in a lot of stuff (and by 'you' I mean 'me'), you have to judiciously remove pages to keep the binding from splitting and the book from going totally accordion. Although if the binding splits, well, that's why God made Hello Kitty duct tape.

I also like the Gallery Leather planners, (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/2012-weekly-desk-teal-sand-planner-calendar-gallery-leather/1101055719) which have slightly larger pages and flexi covers, combined with strong paper and a great binding, not to mention a tendency to go on deep, deep clearance when outdated. This year's are in somewhat unfortunate 80s pastels. (The calendar pages don't matter, since they're covered with stuff anyway.) Exacompta (http://www.shopwritersbloc.com/exacompta.html) Basics are super nifty, too, with or without their leather covers.

Really, anything with a nice sewn binding and paper you like will serve you well.
