phosfateAmazon Music started working again all by itself, which was not unexpected. My downloaded music completely disappeared from my phone, which was unexpected.
Today I got a very, very long and detailed email from Amazon tech support instructing me to try all the things that they had me try last week, but slower. It literally made me nauseous to read.
