See, that's the thing. The whole not hitting people would really solve everything here. There was no risk of the bus leaving without her. She wasn't rushing for a disabled seat (she went to the back each time), and in any case has a clearly posted legal right to boot somebody if they're full (they are almost never full). I mean, if she'd just asked we would have let her through, nobody gives a shit and she's using a cane. Go right ahead.
