Oh my. Fell back t'sleep and had one of those long technicolor experiences that you only get on an uninterrupted Saturday morning when all the regular dreamage has been got out of the way. New sci-fi series, involving a family whose youngest daughter (an infant) has somehow been changed out by a well-intentioned but unfortunately extremely powerful and dangerous alien with a penchant for extremely bloody albeit accidental adventures. Family wishes to recover their original child while growing ever more attached to the alien infant, meanwhile trying to avoid altercations with the government, employers, other aliens, etc., and keep the two remaining 'real' children from more than momentary evisceration. Blood, fluid, violence everywhere - also very funny and even touching. I think it was a Paul Haggis show.
