Feb. 7th, 2005 01:21 pmIt is nice to be able to do stuff without fainting, throwing up, etc.
Still a bit neurotic* over the whole business of long-term illness, but improving. Yesterday I shoveled the driveway. I was scared to try it, since the last time I gave it a go I got two scoops done and had to lie down for a couple of hours. But I went out there and by God I schooled the hell out of that snow.
Also growing concerned because Deb has to go in for surgery next week, and I get to be in charge of the office for a month or so. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAyeah. That'll work. Still, it means they probably can't fire me until she gets back. Note to self: Keep Valium in purse.
*Yes, I'm fully aware that most of you would not be able to discern any real difference. Shut up.
