Arts and crafts time! Evidence label, with (what's proported to be) the real thing as a model. Made on Pagemaker, then turned into a jpeg through the magic of the PrtScn key. Fun and not a little disturbing in journals, collage, roleplay, etc.

It's proportioned to fit on standard six-up label sheets, though you may have to resize a bit to get it to work on your program of choice. If you have Pagemaker or something compatible, I will be happy to send you the file, ready to print. Nothing fancy needed - just plain old Arial.
