And "cute in-joke packed story set at a con/faire" is one of my least favorite tropes ever (glares at Lackey, ghost of Heinlein, et al.), so it makes me totally ill to say that "Con-sequences" nearly made me swallow my own tongue backwards from myrth. (Er...is the good ole boy in the t-shirt a caricature of the same fella who was busted for enjoying the company of children a few months back? Never mind.)
