Balloon man from Jimmy Buffet's on CityWalk. He was at least 10 feet tall, if you count the stilts, and haunts my nightmares.
Mephisto, from Halloween Night at Universal. He was really very polite, considering he's Satan and all. (Other Marvel villains spotted included Scream - alas, I couldn't get her picture since I was barking at zombies at the time - Venom, and a Kraven the Hunter who bore an unfortunate resemblance to Oliver from Love Story.)
