phosfateA couple of weeks ago, Target had LOTR action figures for $3.something. I snagged an Eowyn in armor and a super-poseable Gollum. The Gollum has magnetic feet and is really quite horrible.
I put him in the icebox, clinging to the neck of Mom's 2% milk.
She hid him in a baggie of fresh chocolate-chip cookies.
I put him in the butter dish.
He's been resting for most of the week, until last night, when I was alone in the kitchen, and noticed that the coffee pot was still half-full. So she wouldn't make another pot until this morning. I opened up the coffee can, and half buried him in the grounds, next to the scoop. Then I promptly forgot about it.
The office phone rang around 10:00 this morning: "You think you're really funny, don't you?!? I'll get you for this! etc. etc."
Hee.
