He's very small -- he can rest comfortably in my hand. Except for the ears, but he prefers to hold them up on his own. You know how rabbits are.

Blue plush, button eyes with painted backs, embroidered face, cotton bandana, bandolier from the action figure parts bin.

Decent plushie fabric is a stone bitch to find. The stuff sold as 'plush' has all the appeal of pink house insulation. Our JoAnn's has a massive shelf of fake fur, but it's nearly all really nasty to touch and looks like it comes from the Lileks collection. This blue is a knit meant for bathrobes, of all things, and was in with the pajama fabric.

Hancock's has a table of 'fashion fur' in huge rolls, and you can often find something there, though there's heavy lifting involved. It's expensive ($25/yard on average), but a quarter-yard will make several animals, since the rolls are like five feet wide.
