There is something about the Geek Squad. Our local ones have always been fun to deal with.
The last time we took a computer in was Jeff's when it died to get the hard drive copied off. I swear, the guy helping Jeff sounded just like Zoidberg from Futurama. I had to keep from giggling every time he spoke.
