Got my plane ticket today. The miserable stock-pluckers at United have cut our Chicago flights back to...oh, Noon and 3:00 p.m., so I had to go with TWA.

I have never had a good experience with TWA. I hate them. I hate them with the hatred of a thousand burning suns.

I wonder if I should retain a lawyer before I leave...
