Yes, you're on the ground - and in one piece! You weren't too happy when we swooped down to get that paper bag for you when you were hyperventilating, but you did remarkably well otherwise. Just sit quiet for a little bit, I am sure you'll feel much better after your breathing and heart settle down.

And please, don't die. There are tons of people doing that already, after all, and it's getting old.
