Jan. 14th, 2002 10:34 pmCame home to find shiny new Silmarillion in the milk box.* Spent evening working on picture of Oliphaunt. I am a hopeless obsessive geek.
Still, it's better than liking The Sentinel.
Note to rest of planet: Using "bay-bee!" at the end of every sentence does not add extra coolness.
*Milk box. Believe it or not, kids, local dairies used to deliver milk, butter, etc. to individual homes on a regular schedule. The milk was often left in a large steel or wood box on the front porch. Ours is now used for package deliveries. Other uses for the milk box included trapping small animals and fireworks amplifaction.
