Yayness! Two books I've been waiting on are, according to the UPS site, "out for delivery." We're threatened with a storm tonight/tomorrow. I am pleased.

Finished Passage by Connie Willis. Not as good as Doomsday Book, but then what is? Anyway, it's cool and sneaky and scary, a bit like Bellwether but with hard science instead of soft. Recommended to anyone able to lift it.

Started Persuasion. That Austen, chick, likes her, commas.
