she's my-my-my-my-my-my-my Momo
Feb. 21st, 2003 12:56 pmFinished plushie Momo from Peach Girl. Am world's worst photographer.

Body is camel robe velour. Hair and skirt are fleece. Sweater is some sort of awful abrasive petroleum knit. Blouse and shoes are felt. She's also got spandex undies because nobody likes a chilly plushie. Momo doesn't go in for the Clydesdale ko-gal socks in the comic, but I made an executive decision based on cuddliness and the piece of swell cream-colored suedecloth I had handy.
After a day or so, I felt that while Miwa Ueda's way of rendering eyes works fine on a manga cover, on a plush doll it's just disturbing. Momo got a face tweek:

She gets to keep the alarming blue mascara, however.
For size comparison, here she is next to a 7" Square of the Moon UFO catcher. It's a very jaggy photo. Deal.
