Jun. 9th, 2003 04:00 pmWoman driving ahead of us on the Parkway last night had approximately a dozen of those little McDonalds stuffed Tiggers hanging from her rear-view mirror. It looked as though she'd been out on a successful Tigger shoot and had hung them all up to drain.
