Feb. 12th, 2008 11:04 amMoving time at work again (this time I believe we go all of 12 feet). I inherited the stackable plastic drawers in which we used to store xeroxed copies of state maps. We no longer need them, since Tom does all the map stuff on computer. The drawers are great for storing rubber stamps and such.
One of them, it turned out, was full of 30-year-old Chartpak rub-on letters. Which we also no longer use, because, computers. 30-year-old Chartpak is pretty much useless for lettering, but fantastic for page decoration. It crumbles, cracks, and sticks at random, the results looking almost but not quite like proper letters, as though the Terminator failed Hebrew school because he was too busy with the murdering and exploding.
