Feb. 13th, 2008 09:56 amI managed to lock myself out of the house again last night. Which is cool, no prob, I learned my lesson from the first 20 times and have a cleverly hidden key in a magnetic box.
Of course, the box became full of moisture with all the recent freezing and thawing, and had frozen shut. So I had to stand outside in the cold and dark, trying to thaw it out with my hands.
But it's cool. No prob.

Later, I found out that one of the old Five Points gangs in New York was called the Dead Rabbits. I'm starting to understand why this is a town that thinks that the Knickerbockers was a good name for a sports team.
