I don't know your mom at all, but if she's like most of 'em, she has to do a lot of unseen butt-kicking just to keep you both in shoes and snack food. And probably does stuff you don't even know about. I'm still finding out amazing stuff about mine ("You what? Oh my God, in front of people???" "It was your father's idea!").
Sure, sometimes I think about feeding her into a woodchipper, but I'd have to go rent one, and there would be a paper trail.
