Getting ready for MediaWest. Mom, breaking a pattern of 10+ years, is going above and beyond to be insanely helpful. This is weirding me out hugely, since, god help us, she is, in fact, being helpful while trying to be helpful. It's like one of Baldrick's cunning plans actually working. It's just wrong.

Carried my empty suitcase up from the basement a few minutes ago, and something in my back went tWaNNNNNnnnggg. This could be bad. Or it could disappear in an hour. I am not happy, yet I am amused.

If I may: Ow. Owie. Ow. Ow.

I would just wonder what she is up to while you're gone. Hmm, what is she plotting.

Hope back is better soon.

O_o

Oh, THANKS. Now I'm gonna worry about what the hell she's up to the whole time I'm gone.

Back feels like it does when you have a nagging cough for several days, so I'm hoping it's just pulled muscletude and will go away in the morning. I am seriously unamused by the slow creeping onslaught of old-person conditions.

If it makes you feel any better, I twisted my ankle about an hour ago. Not bad. Hopefully a little Ibprophin and sleep will cure it.

You could stick a tail on her and call her a weasel!!!

Then again, you want her to let you back in when you get home again, right?

I'm betting on the latter-- disappear in an hour! in the meantime, get those resty things people keep saying good things about.

would you care for a cat massage? Sophie's good at them.

"You wouldn't know a cunning plan if it stripped naked, painted itself purpled and danced in front of you playing the harpsicord singing 'Cunning Plans are Here Again'!"

What?

Oh...

Heh. Sorry.
