HIM is cordial, pleasant, elegant, agreeable, and well-mannered, until you piss HIM off, at which point he behaves exactly like the demonic being he resembles rather than some bizarre overly-zolofted cheerful person.

Our local Disney store has the plush Stitches secreted throughout the ceiling props and models, so he's riding the Magic Carpet, helping electrocute Captain Hook, etc. It's really kind of frightening.
