This is even more pointlessly contemptible the second time. You wasteful fuck.

I take it the repeat of the X-Files finale is on?

No way I'm sitting through that POS twice. No, "Jump the Shark." *rage!*

I presume you are referring to Within? WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT? "There's a man in my building! Shaped like Mulder! Who steals things!" And Chris Carter giggles to himself.

Then I shoot him.

No, but that's yet another winner. "Jump the Shark" was tonight's contestant.

Ah, yes, "Jump the Shark". A title that pretty much covers the enter last season and half. I don't think I could sum it up better than you just did.

I hated it less the first time, since it was neat just to see everybody again. This time...

José Chung is spinning in his grave, assuming he wasn't cremated.

Watching it for the second time made the incredibly crappy writing even more obvious. The plot was merely an excuse to kill off some favorite characters. And for no reason whatsoever. And it was just so stupid it makes my teeth hurt.

I think Susan's theory that Carter insisted they die to spite Fox - not that Fox gives a shit - is correct.

Yeah seriously. Kill off Reyes if you're going to kill anyone. I don't like her, grrr.

The only episode I liked Reyes in was the finale, wherein she was the only character with any balls at all. ...so to speak.

But even with that marginal winning of my respect... she better not show up in the movie.

you know she's going to be in the movie, probably too much of her and Dogget both.

:-P blah, what a way to ruin a great show

At this point my contempt is pretty much reserved for Mulder. What a dumbass.
