Several jobs back, I discovered there was a sort of enjoyable zen aspect to the occasional day spent doing mindless repetitive work*, in that all you had to do was stand there and do your job while everything else happened around you, all that. Not that this makes my day, a large portion of which was spent reviewing a commercial use medium duty truck site, any less dull.
*By this I mean data entry or some such where you get to sit at a desk and accomplish the task, as opposed to, say, standing with a monster hot glue gun and gluing pantyhose to cards for eight hours.
It's the quarter break at Baptist U. I was reduced to reading the call numbers on books to make sure everything was in order. Oh, when will this frivolity end. zzzzzzz
