Vacation day, 'cause I've got to use up three days before the end of the year or lose them. All righty, then.

My Christmas shopping is officially finished. This does not mean folks will actually get their presents by Christmas, y'understand, but still, it's finished. (Susan, if you're alive, a mailing address would be nice.) It's even mostly wrapped. That's so wrong.

Still working on book from Orlando. Today I wired a test-tube of Jurassic Park Dinosaur DNA Candy[TM] to the front edge. The candy, which was some nasty cherry Pixie Stix shit, has been replaced by red seed beads, a tiny rubber lizard, and other bits of tiny flotsam. Also working on the MediaWest book, which should in fact actually be finished as soon as I figure out how to attach the light-up Jules Verne badge. Which no longer lights up, but one can't fault it for that.

Still 50-60 degrees out, now with a good stiff prairie wind. Grr. Argh.

I'm almost with you. I've got all my Christmas pressies bought - nothing wrapped though. I've got yours, but I imagine you'll get it....some time before the 12 days after Christmas thing is over.

Which reminds me...THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU!!! I got my dolly in the mail a couple of days ago. I love her. I'm strangely fascinated by her hair - or at least the cloth they used for it.
