Tokyopop would like to know what untranslated manga you'd like to see (*kof*RoseofVersailles*kof*). Fill out their short survey here:

Well, technically RoV isn't untranslated (first little bit of it exists -- out of print, and there's pages from it in Schodt's _Manga! Manga!_), but OHHHH yeah.

Oh, I know, but for all that one can find it, it might as well not exist.

Dig.

My concern is that, because of that pre-existing version, RoV might be unavailable to a contemporary licensor. :( But Tokyopop should definitely try.

::nods:: Of course, if it does well in the poll, whoever has the rights might take a hint.

I'd very much like to see it and will vote for it, but I'd really rather Fred Schodt translate it than Tokyopop's people.... but I don't see Dark Horse getting it in the near future. Besides, they'd probably just flip it and price it up anyways.

The question is, what about numbers 2 and 3? Hmmm...

::sobs:: I just wanna reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeead it!!!

(You'd think it'd be available in French or something, but noooooo.)

Decide on a 2 and 3 yet?

Woo-who! I filled out the survey. Sorry, "Rose of Versaille" was my second choice. My first choice was "RG Veda". I have SO wanted to see that in translation.

My thrid choice was "Angel Sanctuary" - only because I couldn't think of anything else quickly.

I voted for Rose of Versailles all three times, since I don't know what un-translated manga I would want translated...by TP. :D
