I know y'all are often pressed for time, but while covering the 2003 Oscar race, please try to remember that the word "pianist" (a) has three syllables and (b) does in fact end with a "T."

Thank you.

Guy goes in to audition for the Tonight Show. His act's pretty unusual: from his pocket, he takes out a tiny, Ken-doll sized gentleman, dressed in a tuxedo, who then sits at an equally tiny piano and begins to play Beethoven.

The Tonight Show staff go wild about this, and one of them asks how he came by the small man.

"Went to an antique store once," the guy says, "and I picked up an old lamp. I rubbed it, and this genie comes out and offers me a wish."

"And you ased for a twelve-inch pianist?"

"Not exactly."
