Not mine, alas - I'm making one but the lace on her nightie is currently giving me fits. These were very limited Japanese promo items, almost impossible to get now even on the secondary market (and as someone said on the board where I nicked one of the pictures, "Be prepared to pay more than you ever thought possible for a plushie."). There's also a spiffy coffee mug in the shape of the well, its handle formed by Sadako's head and hair.
