A young man just came into my cubicle and said my plastic Godzilla was "Tight." Thanks, young mystery man!

("Tight" is good, right?)

As far as I know, yes, "tight" is good.

But don't feel too old - I don't get the slang of my own age group. When a kid in one of my first-year courses told me my gender identity presentation was "dope", it took me three days to figure out that was a compliment.

It's good. Unless he was refering to Godzilla in a corset.

What the fuck was he doing to poor Godzilla to discover that he was tight?

I truly do think the downfall of society is upon us. Even Taco Bell is encouraging the ignorance with their new "stuft" burrito. *sigh*

Whereas all would be well if he had only referred to it as "one swell dinosaur."

I would offer further clever alternatives, but I'm still reeling from the loss of Taco Bell as a reliable cultural guidepost.
