Went to Best Buy over lunch. Each person coming out the exit was carrying a small red box. Finally figured out that I am the only person in the United States who doesn't give a shit about Indiana Jones.

Oh, thank GOD!

Best title sequence ever. D'oh! I didn't see it...but the cover is kind of camoflaged, so I could easily have missed it tucked in between Buffy and Doctor Who. 'Course I didn't have $36, so it's just as well. Weeping in Best Buy is unseemly.

Oh, and some damn vampire show's out, too.

The first one was fun at the time....the rest I lose interest. A box set...who cares?

On other news...Did I mention finding the DVD for Alan Bates' "King of Hearts"? For cheap. Made me happy. Much more interesting to me than Indy.

King of Hearts! Oh, cool!! Something else for my damned wish list. (Did get Start The Revolution W/Out Me, though, after Ann's mention of it awhile back, bless her.) Thanks for mentioning it!

Sorry, you're not completely unique

Babylon 5 first, then try to get the in-laws to give us I, Claudius for Christmas. I'll buy Indy after I've got B5, DS9, and XF. Maybe. Oh, and Back to the Future and MASH....

*covers eyes and ears* Rules of the Game Rules of the Game Rules of the Game Rules of the Game LA LA LA LA LA CAN'T HEAR YOU!

I should get MASH for the commentary, but the whole movie's drilled into my brain so it seems kinda pointless.

*whimper*

My sitcom dream is WKRP uncut and with its original music. This will never, ever happen.

Barring that, The Bob Newhart Show.

It's okay. I feel the same way about Neil Gaiman.

Now let us all join hands and celebrate our differences by singing the "I'd like to buy the world a coke" song. Hurrah!

I don't really care, either. I have Raiders on video, but I have no idea why. I saw it 35 times, happily, when it first came out, totally burnt out on action films, consequently, and have been pretty much bored by the genre and Indiana sequels ever since.

So, you're not alone.
