Hmmm. Gordon Shumway with his own talk show? *Boggles* I never would have believed anyone who ate cats would get his own talk show in America. Someone should alert PETA! ;)
Did you ever see the wonderful Sat AM cartoons ALF used to have? They were, unlike his live-action show, quite clever and funny. One showed his life on Melmac with his family and friends Skip and Rhonda (set before the planet blew up and he rocketed to Earth as the last of his kind, shades 'o Superman) and the other was a version of Fractured Fairytales where the characters from the life-on-Melmac show acted the various parts. The fairtale show was the more witty and "for grownups" of the two shows. I'd rather see these repeated than a new talk show.
