If you don't have your heart set on that particular model, there are tons of less expensive, easier to find goth dollies in the US. Fashion dolls, baby dolls, rag dolls, all kinds. I can't remember any of the brand names right now, because I am stupid.
Goth stuffies are easy to make, too. Or to customize.
My daughter decided she wants a Victorian doll (which is good because I really wanted the Noir for myself anyway and was just projecting.) Where's a good place to find those?
