Jack Cole and Plastic Man : Forms Stretched to Their Limits, by Art Spiegelman and Chip Kidd. Text is (basically) Spiegelman's article on Jack Cole for The New Yorker from last year plus some extras. Reprints several stories, and Mr Kidd makes juicy-juicy with tons of Cole art from everywhere. Softcover in a plastic jacket, and the story reprints are on some weird-ass textured stock that mimics the feel of thousand-year-old newsprint. Get it.
