Yeah, I think weird, odd, creepy and ugly describe these items. Just not in the "cool" sense the dealer was going for. Especially the "ugly".

I have a deep-seated mistrust of teenagers who believe being "weird," "odd," or "crazy" makes them special. Usually this means they read too much Francesca Lia Block and have the Photoshop brushes to prove it.
