Dick Cheney is in town for some kind of fund-raiser.

All the traffic is blocked off. This means that the med students we're interviewing for the rural health scholarship stuff are stuck in cars and can't make their appointments.

I lurve the Discovery Channel commercials. They make about as much sense as your average perfume commercial, but they are wonderful.
