phosfateKnee is currently encased in neoprene bondage harness. It seems to be helping, apart from occasional transitional moments of OH DEAR JESUS JESUS CUT IT OFF CUT IT OFF CUT THE DAMN LEG OFF, and of course the thrice-daily heat-induced attempts to chew through it.
I hope I never break a leg. I would be cranky in a cast.
The whole thing holds together with velcro, and requires occasional tightening and repositioning. Since we have open-plan offices space, I can only do this in the little persons' room. Doubtless its triple-strap protection makes it sound as though I'm using some sort of massive orthopedic sanitary napkin. And using it badly.
