phosfateI'm trying to lay low until this...misbegotten holiday has passed. However, in keeping with this journal's tradition, here is a description of this year's tree topper.
She is St. Violet of the Blessed Trout, a Violet Incredible plushie snatched from the jaws of Walt Disney World by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
cageyklio. She is held to the top of the tree with a bread bag twistie, in a pose not unlike that featured in Bottecelli's Birth of Venus, except for her extended left arm, from which dangles a small anodized trout on a line.
