Mikey Crawford reviews Darth Tater, with a sidetrip into standard fanboy bitching about George Lucas. Lots of photos.

Me, I want to know if he can switch parts with my Toy Story Mr Potato Head. "Luke...*hhhhhh*...I'm Picasso!"

And while the journey of a hero always makes for a good story, the decent of a villain can make for a truly great one.

But you know the descent of a villian is interesting, too because decent villian is sort boring, and a contradiction in terms.

I have to admit the idea of Darth Tater just amuses me no end.

Mike's a lovely man, and an amusing speller. Do not stare into his possessives, for you will go blind.

Well, since I dropped a whole word there, I shouldn't complain ("is sort of boring"). Much.

Me, I want to know if he can switch parts with my Toy Story Mr Potato Head. I think they're compatible. My big complaint with Darth Tater is after you get him out of the box & put his cape on, there's not much to do. 'Twould be better if they create more SW parts so you can build Obi-Wan Potato, or Hash Solo or whatever.

I'd never even heard of them before. Cool.

(Actually, I gotta say, interactive toys drive me batshit. I had one of those Independence Day aliens with a motion sensor that went, "AURRRRGHFLK!" whenever anyone walked by. Or turned on a light. Or moved slightly. Or a bird flew by the window. He lasted about a day.)
