Yesterday my husband and I were talking about making an opera based on the X-Files. The Lone Gunmen would get to sing cute little trios. And Mulder would be sung by a male alto, Scully by a female alto. Krycek gets to be the tenor and the CSM has a non-singing part. No, we were not on crack at the time. It came about because one of our sopranos at church is appearing in a one-act opera called "The Alien Corn", and I said I thought that sounded like an X-Files episode.
