This is a friend of mine caled Brain. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed, but massive cranial surgery will do that to a bear.

I didn't make him. He started out as a Barton's Creek bear with the icktastic slave name of "Gustav," and an unpleasant tie:

We ditched that in the car outside the shop. His sweater is made of one of my old dead sweaters and an upholstery sample (hence the big rubber-stamped word SAMPLE). His newspaper hat is canvas. Bits and pieces from eBay and around the house, including a cricket medallion, a prefect's badge, a piece of ribbon off a bucket of Sour Patch Kids, a tin litho Lone Ranger badge, and other stuff.

He's made of fake mohair, and partly pellet stuffed to double as a cosh.

Hee. And have you had a chance to try him out?

I like the improvements very much. He's very cool now. *g*

I worry that sometimes he gets all overdressed and hot, like a celebrity's trophy child.
